Introducing the reimagined Lamington Cake (c.1900); multi-layered with raspberry and lemon myrtle, coconut cake and chocolate cream, the dish will feature for the first time on Dinner
's Australia Day menu.
Join Dinner for a five course lunch menu showcasing the richness and variety of Australian ingredients. As well as the Lamington, the exclusive menu will include Kedgeree (c.1940) with grilled abalone, prawn, leek hearts and saltbush and the Roast Lamb and Cucumber (c.1830), short saddle of lamb with cucumber ketchup roast cucumber, broad beans and mint.
Five course set lunch for $170 per guest.
