Terms and Conditions
1.No external food or beverage is allowed. 2. All tickets must be paid for at the time of booking. A credit card surcharge of 1.2% applies to all credit card transactions 3. Crown may cancel the event due to any reason outside of its reasonable control including, but not limited to, government restrictions relating to COVID-19. If you hold a ticket to an event that has been cancelled by Crown, you will receive an email notification informing you of the event’s cancellation and the process for refunds. 4.Should you wish to cancel your ticket/s, cancellations will be accepted up to 5 days prior to the event date at no charge. Cancellations by you in the 5 days prior to the event date will be charged in full (except to the extent otherwise required by law).5. Guests must advise of dietary requests at the time of booking. (While Crown will endeavour to accommodate requests for special meals for guests who have food allergies or intolerances it cannot guarantee completely allergy-free meals due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients). 6.Gluten free meals also cannot be guaranteed however, requests for meals which are low gluten can be accommodated. 7.These events are ticketed at 18+. Any minors must be accompanied by their legal parent or guardian. Guests must not be prohibited from the casino or the Crown Entertainment Complex. 8.Crown practises the responsible service of alcohol. No alcohol can be taken off site. 9.Crown Rewards points are available for ticket purchases. 10  All activities and events at Crown are operated in accordance with Crown’s COVID-19 requirements and COVIDSafe Plan. These requirements include mandatory wearing of masks, physical distancing, entry screening and other measures which are subject to change based on government advice. Please click here for current requirements. Bookings are subject to Victorian Government restrictions being lifted. Bookings will be automatically cancelled in the event that Victorian Government restrictions are extended beyond the booking date. The Victorian Government requires that guests over the age of 12 and 2 months wishing to visit any hospitality venue and staff working at these hospitality venues will need to be fully vaccinated. Crown Melbourne will request official proof of vaccination or medical contraindication certificate from each of these visitors upon arrival to the complex. Entry may be denied if official proof of vaccination or a medical contraindication certificate cannot be presented.
