with the return of the iconic Eggs in Verjuice (c.1730). A coconut and verbena panna cotta surrounds a soft verjuice and citrus yolk. Both are encased in a chocolate emu egg shell to give the appearance of a perfectly cooked, soft-boiled egg. The egg is then placed in a nest of pastry and candied fruit to complete the illusion.
The Eggs in Verjuice is available from Friday 19th April for a limited period.
