The High Tea including savories such as gin cured Huon salmon bagel with caviar, spanner crab, lemon and cucumber finger sandwich and desserts featuring orange and gingerbread cheesecake, peach melba rocher and strawberry panna cotta with cherry blossom jelly.
Make your high tea experience even more special with the addition of Moet & Chandon Champagne and a selection of Christmas-themed cocktails.
