Plating Up Success has an amazing line up of four female chefs who will each lead a course on the day served with matching wines created by Head Winemaker Melanie Chester at Sutton Grange Winery.
This year’s chef talent includes:
- Sarah Briegel, Culinary Director, Crown Sydney
- On Saengyojanr, Head Chef, Ging Thai, Crown Melbourne
- Meena Throngkumpola, Chef de Cuisine, 88 Noodle Crown Sydney
- Lisa Van Zanten, Executive Pastry Chef Atlantic Group
Four chefs. Asian inspired menu. Live expansive Show Kitchen. Melbourne skyline views. Hear from all the chefs throughout the event.
$10 from each ticket will go to supporting The Alannah & Madeline Foundation, along with all proceeds raised from a luxury raffle to be held on each day.
