    1.No external food or beverage is allowed. 2. All tickets must be paid for at the time of booking. 3. Crown may cancel the event due to any reason outside of its reasonable control including but not limited to government restrictions relating to covid. If you hold a ticket to an event that has been cancelled by Crown, you will receive an email informing you of the event’s cancellation and the process for refunds. Cancellation notice will be given by Crown in writing. 4.Should you wish to cancel your ticket/s cancellations will be accepted up to 5 days prior with no penalty. Cancellations in the 5 days leading into the event date will be charged in full (except to the extent otherwise required by law).5. Guests must advise of dietary requests at the time of booking (While Crown will endeavour to accommodate requests for special meals for customers who have food allergies or intolerances; we cannot guarantee completely allergy-free meals due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients). Gluten free meals also cannot be guaranteed however requests for meals which are low gluten can be accommodated. 6.These events are ticketed at 18+. 7.Crown practises responsible service of alcohol. No alcohol can be taken off site. 8.Crown Rewards points are available. 9.$10.00 from each ticket sale will be donated to the Alannah & Madeline Foundation. 10. A credit card surcharge of 1.5% applies to all credit card transactions 11.
