Spoil Dad with the ever-favourite Plum Meat Fruit (c.1390), a rich savoury parfait interior encased in a spiced plum jelly and continue with a grass-fed Black Angus rib eye steak, dry-aged for six weeks especially for the occasion and cooked over glowing embers.
