Indulge in our new menu

The new menu at Merrywell Bar and Dining is a contemporary selection of sharing dishes using local Australian ingredients, with a nod to South East Asian flavours. The new menu presents a fresh take on popular dishes with plenty to choose from and experience. Try the Barramundi Taco with Guacamole, jalapeño slaw, romesco sauce or wood fired Collinson & Co. Black Angus steaks with Truffle Butter and fries. Finish the meal off with the Mandarin pavlova with coconut yoghurt, homemade mandarin sorbet and toasted coconut. This is the perfect menu to share with friends, offering something to suit everyone.

Merrywell Burger Bar

Located downstairs from Merrywell Bar and Dining, Merrywell Burger Bar has a range of classic American-style burgers and some unique creations for you to tuck into. All our beef patties are handmade with 100% grass-fed beef and are lovingly prepared by Peter Bouchier butchers to ensure a quality tasting burger. The ground floor has all the buzz of an American diner with several spots for you to enjoy your meal – in the small adjacent bar, in the courtyard, or in a private nook.
