Moët & Chandon Champagne Grand Day at Bistro Guillaume
Guests joined co-hosts Guillaume Brahimi from Bistro Guillaume and Dean O’Reilley from Moët Hennessy for an exclusive lunch to celebrate 150 years of Moët Imperial. With celebrations organised in 80 countries around the world, this special lunch was certainly one not to miss.
Two champagne towers were flowing on arrival, and were enjoyed with freshly shucked oysters. The very special four-course lunch menu was curated by Chef Guillaume and featured French classics like Blue Swimmer Crab Salad with avocado cream as an entrée and Roasted Bannockburn chicken with eggplant caviar, paired with Moët & Chandon Champagne, including Grand Vintage 2009.
