Chef Daniel Wilson and Andrew Blake
Chef and restaurateur, Daniel Wilson is the curator behind the exciting new Merrywell Bar and Dining menu. Born in New Zealand and trained in the USA, Wilson has a bag of accolades to boast including his chef hat award-winning restaurant, Huxtable and Australian burger franchise phenomenon, Huxtaburger. He has also written and contributed to several books. The new Merrywell menu reflects his depth of experience, offering a creative new take on contemporary Australian cuisine.
The chef, Andrew Blake who gained a high profile in the '90s with his Southgate restaurant Blake's and CBD venue Stella, still operates his catering business Blake's Feast and has bought into the St Kilda diner Joe's Bar and Dining Hall.
