Dinner by Heston Blumenthal celebrates Australia Day with a lunch not to be missed on Thursday the 26th of January. Group Executive Chef Ashley Palmer-Watts pays homage to Australian food history with four courses paired with wines selected from Australia’s most coveted wine growing regions.
The highlight is sure to be the new Vegemite Ice Cream, a dessert featuring Australia’s favourite spread accompanied with a biscuit base, yeast salted caramel, barley chocolate Gânache and verjuice curd.
Ashley will be in Australia to host this very special event.
The four course lunch is $270 per person including matching wine & a cocktail upon arrival.

Mandarin, chicken liver parfait & grilled bread.
Lamb & Cucumber (c.1830)
Best end of lamb with roast cucumber heart, sweetbreads, peas, barilla & mince.
