Designed to share, three tiers of mouthwatering dishes from below deck take on a South East Asian twist – including cooked and chilled half shell scallops served with Thai-style chili fruit salad, wok-tossed blue swimmer crab cooked with scallions, heirloom tomato and sriracha sauce, as well as char-grilled half Panang marinated lobster prepared with Thai basil and lime infused oil. And it doesn’t stop there - this multi-tiered platter comes served with a glass of Wynns Reframed Rose per head for up to 4 people as well as a selection of seasonal Thai salads, jasmine rice, roti bread and betel leaf prawn curry sauce for happy dipping.
