Join Rockpool Bar & Grill for an intimate rare breed steak tasting dinner. This intimate event is hosted in a spectacular private dining room and is a rare opportunity to experience a new range of rare beef breeds from Australia’s most celebrated wagyu producer, Victorian farmer David Blackmore, which are exclusively available at Rockpool. Culinary Director Corey Costelloe will talk guests through the one-of-a-kind steak showcase, explaining unique cuts, flavours and textures. A cocktail and canapé on arrival are followed by a three-course dinner, plus sides dishes, with a tasting plate of five cuts of steak the centrepiece. The menu includes matched wines.
