Enjoy a private masterclass and exclusive dining experience at Rockpool Bar & Grill to celebrate the End of the Financial Year. Corporate groups can participate in a Rare Breed Steak Tasting Tutorial, followed by a beautiful lunch or dinner.
Participants experience a new range of rare beef breeds from Australia’s most celebrated beef producer, Victorian farmer David Blackmore, which are exclusively available at Rockpool.
Chefs will take guests through the one-of-a-kind steak showcase, explaining unique cuts, flavours and textures. A tasting plate of five cuts of steak is the centrepiece of a three-course meal, which is served with matched wines and includes a cocktail on arrival.
