XO Sauce was created in Hong Kong, centuries ago and has been used across Chinese households traditionally in cooking and as a condiment. Silks presents their famous XO sauce, refined by Silks Chefs over the years and used in the restaurant and across dishes on the Silks menu. Our Chefs recommend you pair the XO Sauce with stir-fried scallop or prawn recipes or alongside your favourite Dim Sum as a dipping sauce.
