 In line with Victorian government announcements regarding COVID-19, Crown is pleased to welcome back guests from Wednesday 28 July 2021.

Selected venues will open from midday in line with capacity restrictions. Our hotels continue to operate. Our Casino will be open to guests from 5pm and will operate under restrictions to designated gaming areas, each with maximum capacity limits.

In line with the Victorian government's easing of restrictions, we can advise that Crown Melbourne will reopen from Wednesday 28 July 2021.
 
The following will be open, in line with capacity restrictions:

- Restricted Casino operations to designated gaming areas, each with maximum capacity limits (from 5pm Wednesday 28 July)
- Selected restaurants and bars
- Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade
- Crystal Club
- Crown Spa
- Events and Conferencing facilities
- Retail stores
- Entertainment venues & Cinemas
- Basement car parking, in addition to the Multi-Level car park

The following will remain temporarily closed until further notice:
- The Palms
- L3 Nightclubs
