YourPlay

about
YourPlay at Crown
YourPlay is a personalised money and time limit pre-commitment scheme, introduced by the Victorian state government. All customers must have a registered YourPlay account linked to their Crown Member account, with individual time and money limits set, to play gaming machines at Crown Melbourne.
Once you’ve established a YourPlay account, you can use the YourPlay portal. Here you can manage your account and stay in control of;
- Viewing and updating your limits
- Updating or unlocking your PIN
- Viewing your playing history
Information about YourPlay is available at all Crown Rewards desks. You can also find out more via the YourPlay icon on a VIK machine and online at yourplay.com.au

Information about your limits
What loss limit can I set?
What loss limit can I set?
The limit that you set is completely up to you and should be based on your financial circumstances. Perhaps start by considering what you can afford to spend on entertainment each day or each week.
How do the time limits work?
How do the time limits work?
Once again, the choice is yours. You can choose to set a time limit for either a daily or weekly period of time. Daily limit periods begin at 6am each day, while weekly limit periods begin at 6am every Monday.
I’ve reached my limit and have chosen to increased it - but I still can’t play a gaming machine

Remember that limit increases are subject to a cooling off period.
This means that limit increases will only come into effect either;
- after 24 hours, or,
- at the pre-scheduled commencement of the next limit period, whichever is the later.
This helps to support players to stick to their chosen limits, especially in the moment and amongst the excitement of the gaming room.
Can I decrease my limit?
Can I decrease my limit?
Yes, you can decrease your limit whenever you wish and it will come into effect immediately if a limit has not been reached. If a limit has in fact, been reached then the decreased limit will be effective after the cooling off period has been achieved. Limits can also be changed at the kiosk or at www.yourplay.com.au.
How does YourPlay calculate my loss limit?
How does YourPlay calculate my loss limit?
Your loss amounts are based on your ‘net or total losses’. This is the amount you have bet, minus the amount you have won. YourPlay loss amounts are updated every time you bet to accurately reflect the amount won or lost for that spin.
