For $129 per adult, guests can enjoy a selection of entrées, mains, and desserts - each dish crafted to Guillaume’s signature French “Bistronomy” style. From rich, comforting favourites such as Beef Bourguignon to lighter, modern interpretations, such as Parisienne Gnocchi or Portarlington Mussels - this menu is designed to delight every palate.
Whether you’re raising a glass to dad or gathering loved ones for a memorable meal, Bistro Guillaume offers the perfect setting along the riverwalk.
Bookings are essential. Children’s menu will be available, and a la carte menu will not be available for adults.

Patrons must be 18+ to consume alcohol and not prohibited from the casino or the Crown Entertainment Complex. Offer available 12pm to 10pm on 7 September 2025. Price is per person.
