Marmont’s ambiance reflects laid-back Californian glam, while the seafood-centric menu is inspired by Latin American flavours and the Filipino American heritage of head chef Mark Tagnipez (ex- Fonda and Supernormal).
You are sure to come across dishes like scallop tostadas, a pork pluma dish, and buttermilk fried chicken paired with pickled chilli and staying true to American cuisine, there's also an impressive burger served with zucchini pickles and seasoned fries.

Mark Tagnipez - Chef
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Mark brings his Chicano influence to Crown’s Riverwalk as Head Chef of Marmont. Mark’s culinary roots pay homage to his Filipino descent, featuring flavours learnt through his mother’s cooking. A former Head Chef at Fonda, Supernormal and Grant Smillie’s L.A hot spot E.P & L.P, Mark brings his passion for seasonal produce and flavours from his heritage to create a deliciously crafted dining experience reflective of his personal story.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy
Credit or debit card details are required to guarantee all reservations. Full pre-payment is required for all special offers, set menus and where a minimum spend is required. All credit card information will be processed securely. Funds may be verified but no charges will be debited from your card at the time of reservation unless pre-payment is required. All reservations are subject to a 15-minute grace period. Please contact the restaurant if you are running late.
For groups of 12 or less, if you wish to cancel or reduce the size of your reservation, please refer to your confirmation SMS or email for simple adjustment options at least 12 hours before your reservation time.
For groups between 13 and 29 people please refer to your confirmation SMS or email for simple adjustment options at least 72 hours before your reservation time.
Cancellations or changes to the reservation outside of the applicable notice periods or no shows may incur a fee of up to $50 per person charged to the credit card provided to secure the reservation.
Crown may contact you to confirm your reservation. Crown reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed reservations.

Please note a 1.15% surcharge applies for all credit card transactions and a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday, unless specified otherwise).
