Hikari Pit Stop - $34
A refined take on a classic milk punch, blending Japanese green tea and mint syrup with bright yuzu and lemon, then rounded out by Glenfiddich 14yo whisky. Notes of creamy toffee and candied orange peel are softened through a traditional milk clarification, resulting in a silky, crystal clear finish.
