The recipe for these authentic curry sauces were passed down to Chef On from her grandmother who was a Chef in Thailand and has been adapted by Chef On to provide the signature Thai Twist Ging Thai is known for. Chef On regularly cooks these curries, not only in Ging Thai but for her own family. Her kids love stir-fried dry red beef curry and green chicken curry with vermicelli noodles.
