Lost or forgotten to bring your card?
If you're a Member, Silver, Gold, or Platinum Tier Member, simply use the self-serve Crown Rewards Express Kiosks located on the casino floor or visit the Crown Rewards desks to get a replacement Card. Bring a photo ID linked to your Crown Rewards account or have your Member Number and PIN handy.

How do I earn Crown Rewards Points?

How do I redeem Crown Rewards Points?

You can use your Card at participating restaurants, bars, hotels and more, every time you visit Crown. Plus, your Card can be used at both Crown Melbourne, Crown Perth and Crown Sydney so you can make the most of your Crown Rewards Membership.
