A traditional Chinese restaurant with a full a-la-carte menu and Yum Cha daily.
Lucky Chan has opened in a new location in the riverside dining precinct at Crown.
The menu will incorporate some new dishes with a Northern Chinese focus. The new restaurant incorporates marble dim sum trolleys, two 12 seater private dining rooms and an additional private dining room seating 16 people is located upstairs.
The head chef joined the industry in Hong Kong in his early twenties and has learned his culinary skills from various famous chefs specializing in Northern Chinese cuisine. His expertise includes Cantonese cuisine which he will be serving with new elements to Crown patrons.
Lucky Chan has also introduced iPad menus for guests. The iPad will consist of photos and brief descriptions of all the dishes. The live seafood section will include short videos of seafood and the major ingredients of all the dishes will be stated. Manual ordering will still be required.
Lucky Chan is fully licensed and open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.
