Holi, the Indian “Festival of Colours,” celebrates joy, togetherness, and the triumph of good over evil.
This one‑night‑only dining experience brings the spirit of India’s Festival of Colours to life with traditional décor, vibrant florals, uplifting entertainment and an expansive menu.
Guests will enjoy a premium buffet featuring Indian street‑food favourites, curries, Indo‑Chinese classics, fresh seafood, Japanese selections, a Western carvery, decadent desserts and Conservatory signatures!

Patrons must be 18+ to consume alcohol and not prohibited from the casino or any Crown property for any reason. Offer is only available on Wednesday 4 March 2026 at Conservatory. Prices are per person. Bookings are subject to availability. Guests must advise the restaurant of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Crown practices the responsible service of alcohol. Please note a 1.15% surcharge applies for all credit card transactions and a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday).
