Sundays are made for indulgence and there’s no better way to celebrate than with a premium buffet at Conservatory. For a limited time, enjoy a luxurious buffet lunch with a focus on chilled Queensland blue swimmer and mud crab, as well as Moreton Bay bugs.
Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Chandon Brut NV, setting the tone for a refined afternoon of premium seafood, global cuisine, and decadent desserts. Children dine for half of the adult price, making it a perfect experience for families and celebrations alike.

*Patrons must be 18+ to consume alcohol and not prohibited from the casino or the Crown Entertainment Complex. Offer available 12pm – 3pm, on Sundays only from 5 October – 21 December 2025. Prices are per person. Flowing wine option available for a maximum of 90 minutes and includes Chandon Brut only. Bookings subject to availability. Menu is subject to change. Not to be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. Guests must advise the restaurant of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. Crown practises the responsible service of alcohol. Please note a 1.15% surcharge applies for all credit card transactions and a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday).
