This December, elevate your weekends with Nobu’s exclusive Saturday Brunch, held in the iconic downstairs dining room. Indulge in an abundant buffet experience, showcasing Nobu’s signature Japanese-Peruvian flavours.
Begin with a miso soup, before exploring the signature sushi station featuring Yellowtail Jalapeño, new-style salmon, sashimi, and sushi rolls, along with a salad bar. Savour Nobu tacos filled with fresh tuna or salmon, then choose a main—Black Cod Miso, Striploin Teriyaki, or Nasu Miso, all served with rice. Finish on a sweet note with Nobu’s decadent desserts, including mini cheesecakes, matcha opera, and a chocolate choux pastry.
Spaces are limited, so book early to experience Nobu’s world-renowned dining in an abundant brunch setting.
