Signature Series, an à la carte menu by Jack Aw Yong and three of his top supporting chefs. Travelling all the way from Beijing, the Master Chef himself is coming to Melbourne to delight Silks guests with this limited-time menu.
This specialty menu is inspired by Aw Yong’s experiences in first-class kitchens across the globe, bringing an international twist to his family’s signature Chinese dishes. Selections include drunken Australian marrons; Master Chef Jack Aw Yong’s black pepper king crab; and matsutake pork rib consommé with black garlic & single malt whisky.
Born and trained in Singapore, Jack Aw Yong has since travelled the world working as an executive Chef in some of the finest hotels and six-star restaurants. He brings with him a wealth of experience, many culinary awards and international culinary competitions.
