This experience invites guests to surrender to the rhythm of traditional Kaiseki, reimagined with contemporary Nobu precision.
Begin with a Nobu signature cocktail on arrival followed by four courses of culinary artistry starting with the Oke Tasting Platter; an exclusive selection of sixteen finely crafted dishes, showcasing the mastery, innovation, and unmistakable flavours that define Nobu, continued with a choice of a signature Nobu salad, main course and a house‑crafted dessert.
A true culinary narrative, this is a tasting journey where every course reveals its own story—considered, artful, and distinctly Nobu.

Patrons must be 18+ to consume alcohol and not prohibited from the casino or the Crown Entertainment Complex. Price is per person. 24 hours’ notice must be provided to cancel reservation. Bookings are subject to availability. Food and beverage menu is subject to change. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Guests must advise the restaurant of any special dietary requirements or allergens at the time of booking. Crown practises the responsible service of alcohol. Please note a 1.15% surcharge applies for all credit card transactions and a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday).
