Bubbles. Brunch. Besties. Weekends taste better when they’re served together at The Atlantic. The Atlantic Brunch Club features all your breakfast favourites for lazy weekends with menu items made fresh from the ocean and paddock, straight to your plate.
Enjoy flavourful dishes like the deliciously toasted Baker Bleu poppy seed bagel with smoked salmon, Spanish onion, cucumber, lemon cream cheese, and chives or try the Belgian waffle with whipped foie gras, soft scrambled eggs, brown butter, and an optional add on of Baeri caviar.
Sweet and savoury tastes are catered for and for those with truly refined palates, you can’t go past the Kaviari Caviar. Served with crispy, fluffy crumpets, crisp Russet potatoes, crème fraiche and your choice of graded caviar.

Patrons must be 18+ to consume alcohol and not prohibited from the casino or the Crown Entertainment Complex. Offer valid on Saturdays and Sundays, from 9am to 1pm. Guests must advise the restaurant of any special dietary requirements or allergens at the time of booking or dining. The Atlantic practises the responsible service of alcohol. Images for illustration purposes only. Please note credit card payments incur a service fee of 1.15%. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday).
