*1) Ticketmaster is the only authorised ticket seller for Crown LIVE events. 2) Crown Resorts will pass all registrant details to Ticketmaster to allow for demand allocation due to limited tickets. 3) Registrants will hear from Ticketmaster on the 14th of October 2026 to register for Ticketmaster request. 4) All transactions have a $10.25 Order Processing Fee, inclusive of GST. A transaction is defined as a single purchase of either one or two tickets.

How many tickets can I request?

Maximum one registration per person. Maximum two tickets per verified registrant. 

Are there age restrictions? 

Yes, Foo Fighters Live & Up Close is an 18+ event only. 

What is Ticketmaster Ticket Request?

Ticketmaster is Crown LIVE's only seller of tickets. Crown LIVE is giving fans the flexibility to request tickets through Ticketmaster. Simply choose your preferred ticket options. The more options you select, the better your chances of getting tickets. After the request window closes, Ticketmaster will let you know if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled, and your card will be charged. 

What happens after I request tickets?

You’ll get an email summarising your request but your card will not be charged at this time. After the request window closes, you’ll get another email on or before the closure date, confirming if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled. If you get tickets, your card will be charged. All sales are final and the Event Organiser determines refund guidelines. 

When does registration open and close

Registrations for Foo Fighters Loud & Up Close. Opens 12:01am AEDT 5/10/26 and closes 11:59pm AEDT 12/10/26. 

Am I guaranteed tickets?

Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee tickets but it’s a convenient way to request tickets at a time that suits you. If none of your requested tickets are fulfilled, your card will not be charged. 

When will my card be charged?

Your card will only be charged if your request can be fulfilled after the request window closes. To avoid declined transactions, please make sure your card has available funds to cover your maximum potential total. If your card is declined, you will lose your tickets. 

What if my requested tickets aren’t fulfilled?

You’ll get an email confirming that none of your requested tickets could be fulfilled and your card will not be charged. 

Can I place multiple requests?

No. Only one request is valid. If you submit a second request, your previous ticket request will be cancelled. 

Can I change my request?

Yes, if you want to change your request you will need to submit a new request before the closure date. To submit a new request, return to the request page and sign in. Your new request will override your previous request. 

Can I cancel my request after it’s submitted?

Yes, you can cancel your request at any time before the closure date through Ticketmaster My Request page. 

Can I choose my seats?

Tickets are allocated by the Event Organiser to maximise the number of successful requests. We will confirm your seat locations via email if your requested tickets are fulfilled. 

Who is eligible to request tickets?

Anyone who has submitted a request through Crown Live, will be notified by Tickmaster and then required to create a Ticketmaster Account to request tickets. 

Will my seats be together?

Yes, if you request multiple tickets to a show they will never be split across sections or rows.
