How do I earn Crown Signature Club Points?
Simply present your Crown Loyalty Crown Signature Club card throughout the complex at participating outlets when you make a purchase.
How do I redeem Crown Signature Club Points?
Points can be redeemed at the time and place of redemption by simply presenting your Crown Signature Club card.
Where can I use my Crown Signature Club card?
Your Crown Signature Club card can be used throughout the Crown complex including on the Casino floor, our award winning hotels, spas, participating restaurants and retailers.
What can I use my Crown Signature Club Points for?
You can redeem your Crown Signature Club Points throughout Crown. Points can be redeemed at Crowns hotels and spas, participating retail outlets and restaurants and on the Casino floor.
What if I don't have enough Points to make a purchase?
Purchases can be made by any combination of Points and other forms of payment including cash and all major credit cards.
How do I find out my Crown Signature Club Points balance?
You can check your Crown Signature Club balance online, once you have registered or at any Voucher Issuance Kiosk (VIK) located on the Casino floor. You can also enquire at any Crown Signature Club information desk or at any participating retail outlet within the Crown complex.
