Each month unveils a new curation of exceptional bottles, rarely seen and even more rarely poured by the glass. Using Coravin technology, these wines are opened without compromise, allowing you to experience some of the world’s most revered producers — from benchmark domaines to quietly extraordinary growers — in perfect condition.
This is a collection shaped by Guillaume's time, travel, and taste. Wines cellared with care, chosen for their character, nuance, and harmony with food.
From Grand Cru Burgundy to icons of the Rhône and beyond, every pour offers a moment that would otherwise remain out of reach.
Quantities are extremely limited, with only a small allocation available for each release.
Once a wine is enjoyed, it will not return.
