Settle into the elegance of Bistro Guillaume for Le Grand Déjeuner du Dimanche, a leisurely long lunch celebrating the pleasures of French dining. From 12pm to 5pm, enjoy a seasonal menu showcasing French-inspired favourites, paired with two hours of free-flowing Vin de Maison.
Thoughtfully crafted by our chefs and inspired by the rhythms of the French table. From in-house cold-smoked salmon and organic grass-fed steak tartare to Portarlington mussels, Parisian gnocchi and classic French desserts, the menu celebrates quality produce and timeless flavours.

*Patrons must be 18+ to consume alcohol and not prohibited from the casino or the Crown Entertainment Complex. Offer available 12pm to 5pm on Sundays only. Offer includes either a two-course menu with two hours of Vin de Maison for $159 per person, or a three-course menu with two hours of Vin de Maison for $169 per person. An optional cheese course is available for an additional $15 per person. Vin de Maison includes a selection of house wines (Debussy Reverie Rose, Debussy Reverie Chardonnay, Debussy Reverie Pinot Noir) served for a maximum of two hours.
