Witness the precision and artistry of Chef Taichi Kasuya, as he expertly dissects a magnificent bluefin tuna, fresh from Ulladulla, New South Wales. Live Japanese Taiko drumming will officially mark the beginning of the ceremony, embodying tradition through music.
Following the ceremony, indulge in a meticulously crafted tasting menu featuring these exquisite cuts of tuna, prepared with Koko's signature flair.
