- The standard menu showcases dishes like Chingri Malaikari (wood-fired prawns in coconut curry), Kosha Mangsho (Meredith goat curry), and sweet endings like Payesh and Chena Gulab Jamun.
- The vegetarian menu offers delights such as Palong Shaaker Ghonto (spinach and mixed vegetables), Chhana’r Koftakari (paneer dumplings in aromatic gravy), and the same indulgent desserts.
