Created alongside beverage consultant Matt Linklater, the menu celebrates bright, fruit-driven flavours with an agave-forward approach. Think zesty citrus, juicy peach, tropical pineapple and refreshing watermelon, balanced with tequila, mezcal and other premium spirits for cocktails that are fresh, with an emphasis on freshness and drinkability over anything heavy-handed
From Regina George and Mia Wallace to Pineapple Express and Ferris Bueller, each cocktail brings a touch of big-screen nostalgia to the bar while staying true to Marmont's unmistakable California-meets-Melbourne identity.
