The pairing of champagne and caviar has long been a symbol of refined celebration, tracing back to 18th-century Europe where aristocrats discovered the exquisite harmony between the briny depth of sturgeon roe and the crisp effervescence of fine champagne. Today, this classic duo remains the pinnacle of indulgence.
At the heart of this experience is Kaviari – a Parisian house revered for its artisanal caviar, sustainably sourced and served in its purest form. Guests can choose from Oscietra and Transmontanus varieties, available by the tin or as luxurious toppings on curated à la carte and set menus.
Each venue offers its own interpretation of the pairing, with prestige champagne selections including Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, and Dom Pérignon. Participating venues are Marmont, Koko, Nobu, Silks, TWR, and Bistro Guillaume. Menu is subject to change and offer subject to finish at any time. Not to be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. Guests must advise the restaurant of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. Crown practices the responsible service of alcohol. Please note a 1.15% surcharge applies for all credit card transactions and a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday).
