Truffle season is unearthed across Crown Melbourne with an indulgent celebration of Western Australian black truffle, showcased across the precinct’s most acclaimed dining destinations. Following the exclusive launch at Evergreen on 19 and 20 June, the season unfolds, inviting guests to experience this prized ingredient at its aromatic peak.
Sourced from Truffle Hill in Western Australia’s Manjimup region — home to some of the world’s most highly regarded black truffle — each dish reflects exceptional provenance and quality. From Bistro Guillaume’s refined French classics and Nobu’s signature fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavours, to Koko’s precision-led Japanese cuisine, Marmont’s bold contemporary dishes and TWR’s elevated comforts, each venue presents a distinct interpretation of truffle. Conservatory further enhances the experience with freshly shaved truffle served tableside to complement their elevated buffet experience.
