What time is check-in? Can I check-in early?

Check-in time is from 3pm. If there isn’t a room available at your time of arrival you will still be able to register for your room and we will securely store your luggage for you. The Front Desk will call or send you a text message to advise when the room is ready.

What time is check-out? Can I get a late check-out?

Check-out time is at 11am, unless you have reserved a package that includes a later check-out time. 
Late check-outs are not available Friday, Saturday, Sunday, during school holidays, special events or when the hotels are running at high occupancy. Outside of this time, late check-outs may be available for an additional fee – please call 1800 808 878 to enquire on availability.

I have Crystal Club included in my booking, what is included in this?

Get your stay at Crown Towers off to a luxurious start with an exclusive check-in experience at the Crystal Club. The Crystal Club is open from 6:30am-9:30pm daily.
Visit the Club for complimentary breakfast 6:30am-11am weekdays (7am-12pm weekends).
Afternoon tea is served between 2pm-4pm daily.
Pre-dinner drinks and complimentary canapes are served between 5pm-7:30pm daily. 

Complimentary wireless internet, tea, coffee and soft drinks are included with Crystal Club throughout your stay. Valet parking is also included in Crystal Made packages.

Where can I park? How much is valet parking?

Crown Melbourne offers two paid car parks, the Multi-Level and Basement Level car park featuring over 5,000 spaces.
Valet parking as a guest of the Hotel is available at the following costs:
 - Crown Towers Melbourne: $70
 - Crown Metropol Melbourne: $70
 - Crown Promenade Melbourne: $70

Can I leave my luggage before or after my stay?

Yes, our Bell Service Desk team can securely store your luggage before your room is available on the day of arrival and after your check-out on the day of your departure.
