The final chapter of La Cave Privée turns to the Rhône Valley, where Syrah finds its most powerful and expressive form, alongside Australia’s most iconic interpretations of Shiraz. Book a table, order and meal and enjoy this exclusive selection of premium pours.
From the steep terraces of Côte‑Rôtie to the depth and structure of Hermitage and the intensity of Cornas, the Northern Rhône is home to some of France’s most revered appellations. Here, Syrah reveals layers of spice, dark fruit and savoury complexity — wines of both precision and quiet power, shaped by site and tradition.
This collection is complemented by Australia’s benchmark Shiraz producers, from Barossa Valley to Eden Valley and Heathcote. These wines offer richness, depth and remarkable longevity, reflecting a distinctly New World expression while maintaining a clear dialogue with their Rhône counterparts.
Extending into the southern Rhône, Grenache and blended wines bring generosity and warmth, with Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape and Côtes du Rhône offering balance and finesse.
Drawn from Guillaume Brahimi’s private cellar and never before poured by the glass, a selection is presented via Coravin, alongside a limited allocation by the bottle.
