As dinner gives way to evening, a different side of Nobu emerges. Nobu After Dark is a late-night experience where world-class dining seamlessly transitions into an atmosphere of music, celebration and sophistication.
From 10pm, guests are invited to linger longer with premium Champagne, signature cocktails, elevated bottle service and curated late-night bites, accompanied by live DJ entertainment. Blending the energy of a modern supper club with the refinement of world-class hospitality, Nobu After Dark offers a distinctive alternative to Melbourne's traditional nightlife scene.

*Patrons must be 18+ to consume alcohol and not prohibited from the casino or the Crown Entertainment Complex. Available from 24 October on Main Race Days and on Fridays and Saturdays in December only. Experience subject to change at any time. Bookings subject to availability and menu is subject to change. Guests must advise the restaurant of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. Crown practises the responsible service of alcohol. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays.
