Some of life’s greatest memories are made around the family table, where cherished recipes, slow-simmered sauces and handmade pasta bring people together.

This October, Gradi is honouring the dishes that have shaped family traditions for generations. We're inviting you to submit your most treasured family recipe for the chance to be featured in a one-night-only dining experience at Gradi on Wednesday, 14 October.

One winning recipe will be selected in each category, entrée, main and dessert, with the winning dishes recreated by the Gradi chefs for an exclusive dining event where guests can come together to enjoy the flavours, memories and stories behind each recipe.

Entries are now open and closes 5.00pm AEST on Sunday, 23 August.
