Experience the artistry of Japanese dining with Nobu’s Kaiseki Lunch, a thoughtfully curated midday offering designed for discovery and balance. Priced at $75 per person and available for a maximum of six guests, this elegant experience begins with edamame before progressing to your choice of two refined starters.
Select from an array of Nobu signatures and seasonal favourites, including salmon spicy miso tacos, yellowtail‑inspired tiradito, prawn tempura, crispy rice with spicy salmon or vegetable‑forward dishes elevated with miso, truffle and citrus. Your lunch continues with a main course of choice, served with traditional miso soup and steamed rice, ranging from nasu miso and roasted duck with orange miso, to grilled salmon teriyaki or squid ‘pasta’ with light garlic sauce.
Enhance your experience with sushi or sashimi platters, or indulge in iconic Black Cod Miso or Beef Tenderloin for an additional supplement. Dessert and beverages available to order separately.
