Guillaume & Ruinart: A celebration of Champagne
Thursday 26 March 2020
Bistro Guillaume invites you to partake in a curated culinary affair hosted by acclaimed Chef Guillaume Brahimi and Winemaker Caroline Fiot of Ruinart Maison. An intimate evening exclusive to Bistro Guillaume Melbourne. Feast on five courses of the finest French gastronomy, paired with premium Champagne hailing from the first established House of Champagne in 1729.
Savour classic dishes with a contemporary flair, with highlights including Aylesbury Duck Breast served with salt baked beetroot and wattleseed, and decadent Pistachio Gateau adorned with caramelised white chocolate and Coffs Harbour raspberries. Guided by the knowledge of the winemaker herself, each dish is exclusively paired with a Ruinart Champagne that compliments their distinctive flavours. Rest assured varietals such as Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2007 and Dom Ruinart Rose 2007 are worth raising a glass for.
